A New Chapter for Landsker Business Solutions
Landsker Business Solutions is proud to announce an important milestone in our journey. After 26 years of leadership, our founder Jeremy Bowen Rees has sold his interest in the company through a management buy-out. The business will now be led by long-standing co-Director David Selwyn, who steps into the role of Managing Director.
This transition marks the beginning of an exciting era for Landsker. Jeremy, who has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success, will continue to work with us in a consultancy capacity, offering his wealth of experience as we move forward.
David has been part of the Landsker family for over two decades and has served as a Director since 2012. Under his leadership, the business delivery team has achieved outstanding results, including raising more than £150 million in funding, helping create 6,000+ jobs, supporting over 750 business start-ups, and advising 2,000 SMEs across Wales.
Reflecting on the change, Jeremy shared:
“This transition has been carefully planned over many years. I’m looking forward to spending more time with my family while remaining connected to the business. Landsker is in excellent hands, and the timing is right for this change.”
David commented on his new role:

As we embark on this new chapter, Landsker will continue to deliver its Welsh Government business support programmes and expand its private and tender-based consultancy services. Our focus remains on helping businesses across Wales achieve sustainable growth and success.
