Background:

With over 25 years of experience in HR and people management, Vanya’s career began in the financial sector with a leading FTSE 100 company. Here, she honed her HR business partnering skills, specialising in case management and people management coaching.

After moving back to Pembrokeshire, she led a small HR team for a local hospitality, leisure, and tourism company, supporting 750+ staff. Vanya has worked across various sectors, including employment law, aggregates and civil engineering, and most recently, the third sector, where she supported over 1,400 employees nationwide.

Vanya’s expertise spans a wide range of HR disciplines, with a keen focus on the relationship between business productivity and employee wellbeing. She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and brings a wealth of strategic HR knowledge to the team.

Interesting fact:

Vanya has been singing since the age of 3, performing everything from childhood solos to busking a cappella at Notre Dame Cathedral and singing at The Royal Albert Hall. She was also part of an indie band during university, performing across the UK and Ireland. These days, she enjoys singing at weddings and events – and she’s always up for a karaoke session!
