Landsker was tasked to help the client research and develop a trading strategy for a new micro brewery to be set up in an already owned, but dilapidated building in the heart of Tenby. Having demonstrated that the project was viable, Landsker would then develop a detailed business plan, organise and bid for own and grant funding and design and develop the marketing strategy and marketing materials for the new microbrewery.
Landsker undertook bespoke research on the Harbwr Brewery’s behalf and provided ‘best practice’ advice on how best to start the microbrewery. The business plan constructed reflected realistic and accurate set up costs and income projections for three years. Landsker designed and devised a full package of online and offline marketing materials including the branding, website, pump clips, beermats and various story boards. Included in Landsker’s work was successfully accessing grant funding for the microbrewery, securing bank funding and organising a large interest free loan from Pembrokeshire Lottery.
