HR & Programme Manager
As HR & Programme Manager, I coordinate all Landsker projects including Welsh Government, European and privately funded support programmes. I am an experienced and qualified Project Manager, providing a clear and holistic overview of Landsker’s business delivery, incorporating evaluation and quality assurance measures. I am accredited on a number of funded programmes and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), delivering Human Resource Management consultancy support for clients; producing bespoke Employee Handbooks, Contracts of Employment and specific HR policies tailored to individual client requirements. I coordinate Associate Consultants’ activity and manage all internal HR. As a line manager, I coordinate recruitment and selection, training and development and performance management for the Landsker team.
My role requires accurate attention to detail and is key to the efficient delivery of business management and HR support to our clients. My post also includes accurate finance management, collaborative tender writing, meeting clients and programme providers, and raising the profile of Landsker by developing service portfolio. I have broad senior administration and management experience within the financial and tourism industries, previously attaining my Financial Planning Licence to qualify Mortgage, Life Assurance and Pension advice.
Career experience has been combined with theoretical knowledge of Strategic Business Analysis and Strategic Human Resource Management, gained through my First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management. I have a positive and optimistic approach to life and enjoy working in a professional team environment.
